“In the Guest Actor category, ABC received seven nominations total. Michael J. Fox and Christian Clemenson were nominated for Outstanding Guest Actors in a Drama Series for Boston Legal, along with Henry Ian Cusick for Lost and Kyle Chandler for Greys Anatomy. Shirley Knight was nominated for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for Desperate Housewives, while Kate Burton and Christina Ricci received nominations for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for Greys Anatomy.”

Thanks to Paulo from our forums for this exciting news! Christina will be honored by the CineVegas film festival this year with the Half-Life Award. The festival takes place in Las Vegas starting June 9 and runs through June 17. The official website is CineVegas.Com and you can read up on the festival and purchase passes. TV Shows On DVD has some information about the season 2 DVD release for Grey’s Anatomy in which Christina has a cameo in 2 episodes. The article states that the set is scheduled to be released on September 12, 2006. More information if/when it becomes available.

Jessica Biel, Christina Ricci and Curtis “50 Cent” Johnson are joining Samuel L. Jackson and Brian Presley in director Irwin Winkler’s Iraqi wartime drama Home of the Brave for Winkler’s production company and Emmett/Furla Films.

The story, from a screenplay by Mark Friedman, revolves around three soldiers who struggle to readjust to normal life after returning home from a lengthy tour in Iraq. Jackson will play a doctor who tries to resume his routine, only to find himself unraveling.

Financed by Avi Lerner’s Millennium Films and Emmett/Furla, the independent film is budgeted at $12 million. Winkler will begin shooting next month in Morocco. Production will then move to Spokane, Wash. (Source)
